Suggested Use:

· Spray 1-2 pumps under each arm as a deodorant.

· Spray 4-5 pumps onto tense, fatigued, or restless areas (stomach, neck, shoulders, legs) of skin and massage the area.

Allow to dry. You may notice slight white residue. This is salt forming and can be wiped or washed off.

(If a slight tingling sensation occurs you may wipe or wash the area. This typically occurs on newly shaved areas or if deficient in magnesium. Apply less in the future until body becomes adjusted.)
